Terms and Conditions of Service

1. General Provisions

These terms and conditions define the rules of cooperation with Baltic Bridge Consulting, based in Szczecin at 9 Energetyków Street. By using our consulting services in the field of import and export, you accept the following conditions. Please read them carefully before starting cooperation.

2. Description of our services

Baltic Bridge Consulting supports Polish manufacturers in trading with contractors in Asia and the USA. Our assistance includes customs consulting, document preparation, and verifying the reliability of foreign business partners. We are not a transport company or a customs agency in the strict sense of the law, but advisors who lead the client through the meanders of formalities.

3. Client obligations

As a client, you undertake to provide us with reliable and true information about your goods and your activities. The client bears exclusive responsibility for any untrue data provided in customs or trade documentation. You also undertake to timely pay invoices for our consultations and services.

4. Copyrights

All studies, market analyses, and document templates prepared by Baltic Bridge Consulting are our intellectual property. Copying, distributing, or sharing them with third parties without our written consent is prohibited. The client receives the right to use these materials only for their own needs related to the conducted export activity.

5. Limitation of liability

We make every effort to ensure our advice is correct and reliable. However, foreign markets, customs law, and trade policy are subject to frequent changes, over which we have no direct influence. Baltic Bridge Consulting is not responsible for decisions of customs officials, goods stopped at the border resulting from random inspections, or financial losses resulting from the actions of third parties, including contractors found through our mediation. Our role is limited to minimizing risk, not to its complete elimination.

6. Termination of cooperation

Each party has the right to terminate the agreement with a notice period of 14 days. In the event of a gross violation of the terms and conditions or the law, Baltic Bridge Consulting may terminate the cooperation immediately. In case of resignation, the client is obliged to settle payment for all work performed up to the date of termination of the agreement.

7. Governing law

In matters not regulated by these terms and conditions, the provisions of Polish law apply. Any disputes that cannot be resolved amicably will be settled by the court competent for the registered office of our company in Szczecin. We focus on clear rules and a partnership approach, so we believe that we will clarify every ambiguity during a conversation.
